My name is Georgia Pearson-Gurney and I design and create hair accessories and jewellery. I share my crafts through my socials under Procraftination Station.
My Story
Procraftination Station was not created with the idea of setting up a business or even this website in mind. It started just as the name suggests. At a time in my life where I was struggling with managing my regular 9-5 and many life events happening at once I would procrastinate, a lot. My brain was quiet only when I was crafting and the sense of accomplishment and pride I was getting from creating some beautiful things with my hands pulled me through some tricky times.
I started making the odd pair of earrings or necklace but my first large piece was my own bridal hair vine. It was such a simple process twisting wire and adding beads but it resulted in something intricate, unique and completely me.

Like many people, COVID and lockdown put this hyper-fixation into overdrive and before long I was making crowns and diving into fantasy designs.
